2. Opt-Out Instruction
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to (803) 887-0494. Upon sending "STOP," you will receive an SMS confirming your opt-out status. Following that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
3. Rejoining Instructions
To rejoin our SMS program, simply sign up again via our website or form as you did originally. We will resume sending SMS messages to you upon reactivation.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Booking & Payments
All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon.
We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal.
Cancellations require a minimum 2-hour notice. Late cancellations may result in a fee.
9. Liability & Warranty
Services are performed professionally, but outcomes may vary depending on property conditions.
We are not responsible for pre-existing issues unrelated to our work.
Clients are encouraged to inspect completed work before confirming satisfaction.
Limited warranties may apply and can be provided upon request.
10. Safety & Access
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to all work areas. EliHandyworks reserves the right to refuse service if working conditions are unsafe or hazardous.
11. Client Responsibilities
Clients must inform us of any known hazards or issues before service begins. Any required permits or approvals are the client’s responsibility.
12. Rescheduling
We reserve the right to reschedule due to emergencies, hazardous weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
13. Limitation of Liability
Eli Handyworks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that exceed the value of the services provided.
14. Legal Compliance & Industry Standards
We comply with all applicable federal and state regulations and follow the CTIA Short Code Monitoring Handbook and mobile carrier policies.
We do not send prohibited content (e.g., phishing, smishing, SHAFT content).
Any violations of A2P messaging rules may result in message blocking or fines passed down from carriers.
15. Privacy Policy & Mobile Data Statement
We take privacy seriously.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
