1. Services Offered
EliHandyWorks provides:

– Door & Window Repair

2. Booking & Payments
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept Stripe & PayPal. Cancellations require a 2-hour notice; late cancellations may incur a fee.
3. Liability & Warranty
Work is performed professionally, but results depend on property conditions. We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or issues unrelated to our service. Clients should inspect completed work before confirming satisfaction. Limited warranties may apply; warranty terms are provided upon request.
4. Safety & Access
Customers must provide safe access to work areas. EliHandyWorks reserves the right to refuse unsafe or hazardous work conditions.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must disclose any known issues or hazards before service begins. Necessary permits or approvals (if required) are the client’s responsibility.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or emergencies.
7. Limitation of Liability
EliHandyWorks is not liable for indirect or incidental damages beyond the cost of the service provided.
8. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance of the new terms.
