We are not responsible for pre-existing issues unrelated to our work.

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to all work areas. EliHandyworks reserves the right to refuse service if working conditions are unsafe or hazardous.
Clients must inform us of any known hazards or issues before service begins. Any required permits or approvals are the client’s responsibility.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to emergencies, hazardous weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Eli Handyworks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that exceed the value of the services provided.
We comply with all applicable federal and state regulations and follow the CTIA Short Code Monitoring Handbook and mobile carrier policies.
We do not send prohibited content (e.g., phishing, smishing, SHAFT content).
Any violations of A2P messaging rules may result in message blocking or fines passed down from carriers.
We take privacy seriously.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
